Finance against Electronic Negotiable Warehouse receipts (e-NWRs) issued by National E-Repository Ltd (NERL) and CDSL Commodity Repository Ltd (CCRL), presently, regulated by WDRA and any other repository proposed to be authorized by WDRA in future, to issue eNWR

  • The following existing Customers/New Customers are eligible for finance under the scheme:

a) Eligible Individuals & Proprietorship Firms,

b) Partnership Firms (other than Partnership Firms where HUF is a Partner).

c) Private Limited Companies/Public Limited Companies/LLP /One-man Companies.

d) FPOs/FPCs of individual farmers and co- operatives of farmers.

  • The above entities must have Repository account with name M/s National E- Repository Ltd (NeRL) and /or CDSL Commodity Repository Limited (CCRL), under the WDRA Act.
  • The commodity should be active in the online /trading market.
  • The commodity should have been traded in the online market during the last 6 months, such as NCDEX/ The Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX)/Online Portal of Agriculture Marketing Department of the State any other online marketing portal regulated by State/Central Government.
Margin Existing Parties enjoying crop production loan with us & maintaining nil overdue- 15% of the assessed value of the Stock/Commodity.
For Other – 25% of the assessed value of the Stock/Commodity.
Security

Security:

Up to ₹75 lakh:

  • Pledge of e-NWR duly lien marked in NERL/CCRL portal in favour of Bank.
  • Covering Stocks of commodities stored in WDRA registered warehouse.
  • CGS-NPF coverage (Credit Guarantee Scheme).

Above ₹75 lakh:

  • Pledge of e-NWR duly lien marked in NERL/CCRL portal in favour of Bank.
  • Covering Stocks of commodities stored in WDRA registered warehouse.
  • CGS-NPF coverage (Credit Guarantee Scheme).
  • Mortgage of landed property at least equivalent to loan amount not covered under CGS-NPF.

Personal guarantee of directors/Promoters of the organisation/Company/Group shall be obtained for loans above Rs. 25.00 Lakh.
Repayment Period Within a maximum period of 12 months, but not exceeding one month less than the self-life, along with interest in lump sum.
